Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with the online fee payment, the payer (parent/guardian/student) agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Payment Gateway Usage

All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. The school does not store or process card/banking details directly.

Accuracy of Information

The payer is responsible for providing accurate student details (name, ID, class, etc.). The school will not be responsible for incorrect payments due to wrong information entered.

Transaction Charges

Applicable convenience or transaction charges, if any, will be borne by the payer and are non-refundable.

Payment Confirmation

A payment is considered successful only after confirmation is received from the payment gateway. The payer should retain the transaction receipt for future reference.

Failed Transactions

In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded by the bank/payment gateway as per their policy. The school is not responsible for delays in such refunds.

Installment Payment Terms

• School fees may be paid in installments, if permitted by the school.
• Each installment must be paid on or before the specified due date.
• Failure to pay any installment on time may result in late fees and/or suspension of instalment facilty.
• The school reserves the right to demand full payment of pending fees in case of repeated defaults.

Late Fee Charges

• A late fee will be applicable if payment is not made by the due date.
• Late fee amounts and structure (fixed amount or per day basis) will be determined by the school and may vary from time to time.
• Continued non-payment may result in additional penalties, restriction from classes/exams, or other administrative actions as per school policy.

No Refund Policy

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise specified by the school administration.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Any disputes regarding payments should be directly addressed to the school. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior notice may lead to administrative action.

Security

The payer must ensure that their device and internet connection are secure while making payments. The school shall not be liable for any fraud arising due to user negligence.

Service Availability

The school does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the payment gateway and shall not be liable for any technical issues beyond its control.

Modification of Terms

The school reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
